Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be shipped by the next following business day. Please note holidays may affect shipment times.

JBD is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

We apologize at the moment we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

 

RETURN POLICY

The following return policy is only applicable for customers who've purchased on JBD-Label.com. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee of $10 unless you purchased Redo Return Protection. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Third party goods that are not under JBD Label is not eligible for returns or exchanges, these are final sale.

Exchanges are currently unavailable.

All sale items are final sale.

All items marked final sale are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

JBD Label merchandise purchased through external stockists are not eligible for return through JBD-Label.com unless otherwise noted, please contact retailer directly for additional information.
